Best small form factor GPU to fit into a server?

SnipeYa

I have a 1U server (HP ProLiant DL360 Gen5) that I will be running a windows virtual machine on and I would like it to be fairly useful so I am looking to by a graphics card for it.
This is difficult as there is very little room for expansion cards (20-30mm tall & 100mm wide) and only two separate expansion slots on the case (1x Full & 1x Low profile). As well as there being no PCIe power input cable.

So far I've come to the "EVGA GeForce GT 740 Superclocked" as there is a single slot ddr3 4gb version of the card that should hopefully fit my form factor.

Is there any other cards that you would recommend over this one or reasons this card may be a bad idea?

gtx 750ti, for decent gaming and it doen't need a power input cable. Best card for low power consumption, it can play almost all new games a little better then the r7 260x; think about 1080p high settings.

this is a very small version, the bigger versions obviously have better temps and thus better performance but if you only have 1 slot this one should give the best performance.

I did look at the single slot 750, Issue is it has that great big fan assembly on it. Which I guess i could just take off and hope the airflow through the chassis is enough to keep it cool. But then it could have some serious thermal issues and the card cook itself. Form factor is the big killer here.

To give you a better idea of the room i have to deal with here ares come pictures:
