Will this PSU be good enough for a basic minecraft server running 24/7?

Yes. I mean, I use a CX430M in my NAS, and it hasn't faltered once in 4 years of use (4 months of which was actually in my grandma's computer running super hot and super fanless because the replacement fan died).

w-why would your PSU be of any concern? If your power isn't spiking from your 120VAC wall socket and it's a reputable brand, and it can handle the rated power consumption, why would it not be good enough running 24/7?
