Cooling Dilemma

If i am going to put my h100i v2 on top part of my case should i run in push or pull and were do i get power from?

The unit has pump power via the 3/4 pin which should be hooked up to the CPU header. As for push pull there is no real difference between the two but pull is popular since it makes it easier to clean the rad if there is dust build up on the surface.
