where abouts on the page?

 

on the far right side, "contact us", you can search for similar problems and if there are non you get to choose wheather you want to chat with or call them.

You have to give them a chance to respond, they are likely dealing with several other customers. 

That is besides the point nothing better than slagging off EA.

So I spelt something wrong in my post... I don't care I don't read through what I write and I type very quickly.

That chat needs timestamps. Somehow I feel that you gave about 5secs time to do search on their internal database. Remember that those guys have multiple games and ^10 of problems in each to solve. When I used live chat with cdkey problem, I got my problem solved within 30mins. They gave me working new key.
