GTA 5 console settings on r7 260x

I basically have two main questions; What are the console equivalent settings on the pc version of gta V and how good should an r7 260x 2GB paired with an i3-2130 do?

I know the i3 is pretty bad, especially in gta 5, but I'm fine with the pc I have right now as it plays all games at a console like experience. I have overclocked my r7 260x to about 1200 MHz on the core clock and it has 2gb of vram. I'm just wandering what the console settings would be in gta 5 and if my pc could get achieve about the same performance, or ever better, than the ps4 or xbone.

Thanks in advance,

That13thGuy

Look up some benchmarks on YouTube. Your card can handle this game pretty decently.

1080p at 30 FPS at medium-high settings with FXAA (this right here is pretty close to console settings). Maybe 1080p at 60 FPS with low-medium settings with MSAA x2?

Choose one: 60 FPS (nice-looking) or 30 FPS (pretty-looking).
