thats just an example, the r9 380s are all around $200, you can look for one locally

alternatively, you can get the gtx 960, slightly lower performance, but more power efficient, at almost the same price

I bought that Graphic card (GV-N75TWF2OC-4GI)  and its super loud even at 30% fan speed. Go for GV-N75TOC-2GI if you really want Gigabyte GTX 750ti.

there are enough other retailers or internetshops that offer gpu's, if newegg isnt available

moonzy is right, you'd benefit more from a r9 380 if you could squeeze some easter money into the budget   ~200bucks for a r9 380
