VGA monitor looks weird when plugged into graphics card

It's VGA, I get it "use another monitor!" I do this is a second one. When plugged into the iGPU it looks fine but it's like fuzzy when plugged into the graphics card. The pixels don't look sharp at all. The DVI monitor works on the graphics card too.

have you went over the usual suspect , the vga cable itself? but really doesnt sound like a bad cable  blurred sounds like its got 16bit color on low resolution to me.
