what are you looking for specifically?

I doesn't need to be anything fancy but more of a off-road car 4wd or 2wd it doesn't matter through I want water proof

I have a Tmaxx that's fairly waterproofed (except for the engine, duh) that I've got running pretty quick (60+) but it cost me WAYYYYYYYYY more than $100. Do you have alot of scrap parts lying around? I have a nitro engine and gas tank I'm never gonna use that I could send your way if you've got all the other parts/ are willing to do a build log.

My son has one that I play with time to time and I've been pretty impressed with it. Not very fast, but parts are cheap and its pretty durable. If you want to get into RC on the cheap don't buy fast ones. I had a Mini E-Revo with a 1/10th scale Castle Creations brushless setup that did back flips by hitting full throttle and broke at least $50 worth of parts every time I took it out...

 

The 1/24th scale stuff from Losi is a ton of fun for indoors.

For $100 you will get something you will put more money into fixing it then buying a decent one from the beginning

You can't really get anything good for under $100 in rc. HobbyKing has their basher short course trucks that I have heard to be decent and they're under $200 I believe.
