could also be loose wires/connectors, both in the PC, but also in the wall sockets. Although, as a electrician i cannot reccomend that non-trained people dismantle their sockets to check that. People generally do stupid things and that is how you get electrocuted.

My PC doesn't have anything loose. This issue started randomly. I want to say like 1 Month ago.

Honestly though, wires in sockets can be slightly loose, but because of the micro vibrations from alternating current the screws/connector in your wall socket will loosen over time (weeks/months/years). you can end up getting an issue where you have voltage, but you cannot draw the amperage because the connection between the wire and socket is really bad, so once you increase amperage, the poor connection causes sparking which reduces voltage..

 

If the plug of your computer has traces of soot, the wall socket is the cause of the problem.

i found this error code in your logs

0x8000400000000002  <--- it dont look right though

 

check for more

 

but do what i said in my post above first  and google the correct error code and maby post them here,,but dont be lazy and check them yourself first
