Is everything compatible with this build? 

and please give ur opinion about all u want

But I don't recommend a 4GB 960. 

An R9 380 is a stronger card that will be able to utilize its frame buffer more effectively

Also, try to go for an Intel system. The 8350 is an old CPU with horrible single core performance.

Something like an i5 4460 and H97 motherboard will perform much better.

So i5 4460 + r9 380 will perfom better in all ways?

I believe so. The 380 may lag behind depending on what resolution you're running at, or whether the game is an NVIDIA sponsored title.
