Uhm, can you hold off getting a GPU for a couple months? Nvidias pascal is supposed to come out soon and i think its worth waiting a little. For now you can get the rest of the PC except the gpu if you want

Main PC |CPU - i7-6700k|GPU - R9 290x tri-x 4gb|RAM - 16gb ddr4|MOBO - MSI z170 - A PRO|HDD - WD 1TB/240gb Sandisk |PSU - 700w Raidmax

i mean so far two pascal prices are rumored. 600 and 1000. But i would reccomend these cards depending on how much you wanna spend 750 ti - 100$ 950 - 150$ r9 380 200$ i would go for the cheapest option as the 750 ti would RUN all games just not in the best manner lol

A 980Ti will last several years and still outperform some of the pascal cards. @der_sattler Get a better PSU and a cheaper motherboard, PSU from Tiers 1 to 3 on this list:

I don't think it is. You said yourself, the price is rumored between 600-1000. A 980Ti costs a little more than 600 and will perform better than the lower tiered cards.

are you telling me you think 600 dollars is a lower end pascal card? Nvidia always releases there high end first. So the 600 is essentially the 1080ti and the 1k would be the new titan. been like that for years.

i would just not waste 1200 on GPUs lol. Just get a r9 380 and wait a little. If anything you can get a 980ti for cheaper

1080Ti is releasing next year, the Titan whatever will be releasing this year, like the 980Ti released a year after the Titan X and 980 and whatnot. Also, the lower end(ish) cards will cost a lot more than you think because A: Nvidia and B: HBM2.

Why are you getting a free sync monitor that is for amd chip set cards and you are going with an nvidia one so it will not sync to the monitor and therefore is a waste of money go with a 4k G sync monitor that sports nvidia chip set cards
