Amd rolling out carrizo for desktop?!

So i installed my WD purple drive that i got back from WD today and ive stumbled across something i did NOT expect while checking bios updates for my motherboard.

i found a new F9 version and decided to check what it would do and it said "carrizo support" And a amd a10 8750 apu still on the godavari platform. Maybe this be the closest thing to zen on the fm2/fm2+ platform?!

I've said this before and I'll say it again. APU only make sense inside laptops, where they have very good price/performance benefits due to reducing the complexity and production cost of laptops.

the A10-8750 is a locked APU

those without the K skew are hard locked with the multiplier and only have turbo boost
