How To Uninstall Driver

You could just go to device manager, select the properties of the device you want to remove drivers for, select the revert back to old drivers option

Ive Installed Nvidia Driver 364,47 and after hearing about the Issues, I want to remove It before shit happens, how do I roll back to the previous version I had? Step by step please :P BTW, can I just Install the 364,51 and that will remove any risks or should I roll back?

tell him to remove his seat belt and open the door. turn your body to the left (or right, wherever you live), bring your foot up, and perform a kick punch. there, you uninstalled the driver.

You forgot to tell the OP how to install the new driver :P
