Much noise, plz help

Hi. I have a Canon Legria HF S100. Its very good when I use it outside on a sunny day, but as soon as i go inside with a sh!tload of natural light I still get a lot of noise in my videos and pictures. I can post with examples if you need it. Help, anyone?

Disable auto ISO.

set the ISO as low as possible and use a tripod+shutter timer

if you dont use a few second delat timer then having your hand pressing the button will blur the image

Where can I turn the ISO down? I cant find it
