If you want to cut down on anything you could get a 600w psu and still have some breathing room (but if you want to get a better gpu later you should probably stick with the 750w although you could probably do with 600w for a gtx 980ti but that would be a lot tighter)

as long as you have a case that fits everything in, not bad, if its purely for gaming

 

though a 2tb hard disk have a better value, so get that if you dont mind the extra cost

You should really research about it. Btw you cant Oc (Over clock) on the cpu u have chosen, its needs to have a k or x on the end

Thats good, you should oc your cpu so your gpu can throttle with the cpu

For the CPU cooler I'd get the Cryorig H7 actually, its $5 more but apparently better preforming.
