True, I have one actually that I got for $45 (240GB) and replaced my old laptops HDD with it and it made a dramatic difference (I use it strictly for office things). It depends on the scenario. However, in this case most definitely not. It is a slower one and would not be worth the price. Get an OCZ Trion. They have decent performance for the price.

Get the R9 390. There is not much of a difference, but it is a little faster. Also a bit cheaper.
