well this time ill be serious, the dual 850 ssd is just there for the looks, coz the case showcase 2x 2.5-inch mounted hard disk in the front, u can remove it if u want

For the simple reason of input lag, and that they are not recommended for gaming. The DPI tends to be much lower on wireless mouses than on wired ones (precision as well).

What is the pc going to be used for ? I personally wouldn't spend extra on a Samsung 950 PRO unless you were building a workstation. A regular 850 EVO is fine for a gaming pc.

the pc is going to be used for gaming mostly although I might do game development on my pc

I would stick with the 850 EVO.

 

If you want an air cooler then the maximum size is 150mm according to Corsair website.
