Depending on what the budget would be...otherwise people'll put 4 980 Tis or 4 titan xs in it

Mine is by no means the best, but im proud of it:D.

I've still got the best build though...it's great for playing minecraft on low settings at 5fps:

There is no such thing as a "best build" there is a best build for what someone needs to do. If all you do is game at 1080p a 970/390 and a i5 is the best build you need. It's entirely subjective.

Also this one guy had a ridiculous build, 5960x, quad titan x's, etc but then he got upset one day and quit the forum and posted a dick pic.

gg...someone cant take a bit of competition...by "best", we mean the pc that plays best at 4K, Crysis or something else....like Arma 3

That's not hard, a i7 or even an i5 plus dual 980ti's can do either of those.

For me, the best build would be a i7-5960x, dual 980ti's, a 1TB SSD, and 8TB's of HDD.
