Additionally, I'm going to guess that the limits aren't done right.

i install the beta driver that enabled freesync between 30hz and 146hz.

now all the tearing has gone, i never knew that monitor drivers were a thing

I have freesync enabled but in games i still tearing, i have limted the fps to 144 (the monitor is 144hz). The tearing is even more apparent in CSGO.

What should i do to fix it

uh, freesync does nothing if your fps is above the monitors refresh rate

The monitor probably accepts frequencies up to 144hz but when in freesync mode it usually has a smaller range (like 40hz to 120hz)

Please spend as much time writing your question, as you want me to spend responding to it.  Take some time, and explain your issue, please!

FreeSync by itself only prevents tearing within a range of frame rates that varies from monitor to monitor.  Yours is supposed to be effective from 48Hz to 75Hz from the factory.  If you go above or below that range, you will get tearing.  Unless you enable vsync as well, which will provide normal vsync behavior below 48fps and above 75fps, with FreeSync functionality otherwise.

That monitor requires a driver...

Additionally, I'm going to guess that the limits aren't done right.

in csgo i put in console "fps_max 144"

Don't limit it in CSGO...  limit it with the AMD Radeon Settings

every device you've ever had requires a driver.  And with such a new technology, like freesync, you don't want to be playing around with generic drivers.

Remember just cause it functions doesn't mean its working.
