Custom Member Title not Displaying

Having changed my member title the new one is not displaying... Is this normal??

The member title is shown as "Rank" on your profile, but that's the only place it appears.

Also you can change your sig about following topics as it's set to follow by default when you post a topic.

Yeah but the Member title is the best bit tho!!! 

I cant have my location as "still eating cereal......"

It's been requested too many times. The Location thing is basically the same thing.
