Scroll down a third of the page, press the "Download now" button, you will be redirected to Steam and press Install Game on the "Make War Not Love 3 - Prize 1 (no cost)" bundle.

This was a Valentine's thing I think there's barely under 2 days left for it now (as of posting this)
