I just got a i7 860 quad core 8 threads...bit older 16gb ddr3 ram 1600hz. What video can match well @ pcie2.0 200ish price?

I have a dual screen setup... I only game with my single gaming monitor because of low ms rate.. but I use my other larger screen for movies and media because it supports higher fps.....hdmi 2.0 does support 1080p @120hz

Response time doesn't make a difference. Anything bellow 10ms is the same.
Movies run at 24fps so 120Hz is pointless if you use it just for movies and other media
