Laptop unable to see networks after macfee

so right now im working on a friends laptop and it was just filled to the brim with shit. like cleaners etc. (this is their first computer ever they have never used a computer before aside from an android smartphone.)

right now i have the programs that dont need to be there removed. but after macafee removed a trojan it found (i know macafee sucks but i wanted to get rid of what i could first then install avg and malwarebytes after removing macafee so that theres something there at least till i can get it cleanish) and now it cannot see networks. ive tried wired and wireless and the machine is unable to connect to or see the networks available to it. the wireless nic driver was disabled i enabled it just now and still no results after a restart. to continue fixing things im going to NEED network access. if anyone would like to give me a hand please comment and hey if you want pictures of the situation let me know. 

The laptop specs are as follows:

 

CPU: intel pentium N3700 quad core at 1.60ghz

... actually im almost certain this is entirely the network card so the network cards listed in device manager are a Realtek PCIe FE family controller and Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11 b/g/n wifi adapter. 

i cant get to realteks website at the moment from my machine so i am more curious if a reinstallation of windows 10 would be of any use to try or just wait it out and hope for the drivers. i need to get this to her tomorrow night

I would try Control Panel, Network and Sharing center, then on the left Change adapter settings you should be able to enable a network card there.

Firewall or some other networking setting? Somehow, windows can often fix issues by right clicking ghe networking icon and clicking troubleshoot. Try safe mode with networking

its unable to troubleshoot upon trying to do so i get a message saying a problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting.

and i guess it is worth noting that upon booting a message pops up saying windows not genuine or something like that. (this is a new system bought new and the message did not appear before this issue began somethings is seriously wrong with this machine lol its a new issue for me to see)

Certainly sounds like something has taken control of the networking on the PC. And as for the non-genuine thing, I wonder if it is an actual message or a fake one from another rogue... I would seriously backup any important data and reinstall the OS fresh. Seriously.

I WONDER!!!! theres a program i didnt mention that cant be uninstalled because i apparently according to it am not the admin of the machine.. bullshit lol its called youtube downloader. yup totally a legit program. im amazed that this managed to happen in a month im gonna have to be like super throuogh in teaching her how to use a computer safely

well acutally probably just a similarr program regardless.. its fun to whatch i really wish i cold just play with ti and see if i can make it worse. kinda like my how many viruses can i get in 10 minutes game i do now and then on VMs and shit

so i just attempted to preform a reset to be prompted that windows cannot run on this hardware. given that its a laptop i have no way of knowing if im going to need a product key to do a clean win 10 install on it so im trying to avoid that at all costs till i have the box and possibly the product key tomorrow. right now im attempting to use the install disk i made a while back to preform a reset and if that doesnt work i will be at a loss for ideas. let me know what you guys can come up with because the last thing i want is to loose a potential customer or see her go to a geek squad and get charged out of her ass for it

IT TOOK ALL NIGHT AND IT IS NOW 8:43AM AND I HAVE FINNALY FIXED IT. i dont care what was wrong but all i can say is some people shouldnt have admin access
