Hey all, I'm just here to gripe about my experience with customer service. So about a month ago, i contacted NZXT because i accidentally broke my front audio jacks. One day later they respond, saying they'll send me the parts free of charge. Cool. And then i wait about a week, and I get a response, apologizing for the delayed response, so they tell me " My apologies for my late response. Please allow us to process and ship this within 1 - 7 business days. Tracking number will be updated back here once it's available to me. Thanks again for your patience and feel free to contact me if there's anything else I can assist you with. " That was on January 18th. It is now February 8th, and I have not gotten a response about the status of the parts, nor have i received the parts. Has anyone else had any problems with their customer support?

No. I thought they were quite efficient compared to other companies, when i had problems with the included fans they were quick to ship me out some new ones. Arrived within 12 days. From La to Uk in less than 2 weeks  and over  Christmas too. Like @Jade said try contacting them again. Failing that open a new ticket

I emailed them twice and i submitted a new ticket two or so days ago

I've had a lot of contact with NZXT and their customer service is great.  That's an unusually quick delivery time though considering most of their parts ship from somewhere in the EU.

@Kyundere Try tweeting at them. Companies are usually quick to respond when you contact them on twitter. Just tell them whats happend. Sorry i cant offer better advice

They are very slow, but they're helpful and get things to where they need to be. 

 

Had a DOA cooler and they sent over a new one, took a good few months. But they let me keep the old one, they have no EU base so if you're in Europe it could be the reason why they are slow. 

Bleigh!  Ever hear of AC series?

Ditto, my S340 side panel just arrived from them today after two weeks.
