In my experience if one wants to create a significant name/persona for themselves it is best to do so in private and without much consultation/involvement from others.

The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.

"SickKidHomeFromSchool" is a name that sounds "sick" as the hip fellows say.
