I'm going to be building a new PC for myself and am going to give my wife my current setup.  She wants to upgrade the Video Card to something a bit more current than the one I've been using since 2013.  She has a fairly small budget (around $350).  She mainly plays MMOs like WoW and FFXIV, but plays some GTAV and other large titles from time to time.  Current setup is below:

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K7qvTW

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  ($98.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($91.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory  ($42.89 @ OutletPC)
Storage: Toshiba  2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($67.95 @ SuperBiiz)
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB Video Card
Case: NZXT Source 210 Window ATX Mid Tower Case  ($53.98 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 400W ATX Power Supply  ($19.99 @ Amazon)
Optical Drive: LG WH16NS40 Blu-Ray/DVD/CD Writer  ($49.99 @ Micro Center)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)  ($87.95 @ OutletPC)

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't push a R9 390 past that PSU and CPU since it'll be bottlenecked and there won't be enough power for it. What I'd recommend is to get the R9 380 and a new PSU to go with it. A 500W XFX or SeaSonic one would work great.

One more question, which brand of the R9 380 would you suggest?

Sapphire and MSI offer the best aftermarket coolers, but I'd personally get whatever is cheapest. Just avoid ASUS and GIGABYTE models.

R9 380X will be your best matchup. The FX 6300 should not bottleneck it, and the 380X will perform fantastic, as it always does.

i would go for this: (Strix coolers are fine at 380X levels of TDP)

but if i had the budget  for it, i would definetively get this over the other one. (due to Sapphires impeccable quality and performance)
