Help me decide between 8GB-16GB or 3000mhz-4000mhz

The lowest speed. Unless you plan on extremely intensive rendering (in which case you'd have 32-64gb) the speed does not matter with ram. No amount of tabs or AAA games are going to be limited by the available speeds. Go with 3000,its a great price. If you can find it at a lower speed for cheaper then take that

yeah but, in the QVL, the list that manufactures provide to customers of memory ram tested, the ram that i want doesn't appear on it. it doesn't matter?.

The motherboard supports XMP (Extreme Memory Profile). The cpu (memory controller) supports XMP. The memory kit supports XMP.

well, asus told me that memory won't work because is not on the list of them.

but i will buy it anyway, i think it should work.
