Building a Gaming Rig for about 1,800$

i'am sorta new to building PCs so i'm improving myself by watching videos on youtube Linus really helps alot :D
i want to build a PC that would cost about 1,800$(14,000 EGP)

it will be used for high-end Gaming so imagine the biggest, high tech, FPS-Devourer Game

notice that i won't actually buy the components using dollar but with my country's currency (EGP) and probably from stores exist on my country (Egypt) , but it's cool if the suggestions be from websites that exists only in US or Europe that would be dealing by dollar

i planned for some base specs such as:
16GB RAMs
GTX 980Ti (probably the GIGABYTE Extreme Waterforce, but if you got some other modified 980Ti in mind it would be fine)
a cooler for the Processor (probably a water cooler)

also the build should be Excluded from the following:

softwares (Operating system,anti-virus,etc...)
storage devices (HDDs and SSDs)
mouse/keyboard
monitor
sound speakers
CD/DVD Driver

this is the build list that i've came up with so far:

case: corsair carbide Series SPEC -3 Specs here
motherboard: MSI Z97 Gaming 5 Specs here
RAMs:Kingston HYPERX Fury 2x8GB 1866mhz CL10
Storage: two 7200RPM HDD (unfortunately i'm not buying an SSD as i already have these two HDD Drives)
Processor :core i7 4790k Specs here
processor cooler:CoolerMaster Sedion 120v Plus(might change for a water cooling dual fan if it's that necessary)
GPU:GTX 980Ti eXtreme Waterforce Specs here ---------> the cooler is a 120mm fan with a radiator

Power supply:Cooler Master V750 Semi-Modular Specs here

i ain't much for a looks guy ,so any case that would do the job "the right way" is fine for me

please post whatever build you think would be about 1,800$ , the cost might go high but not much

also feel free to comment on this build and modify on it as you see fit

So then you already have a 4k and or an adaptive sync display? What's your display set up?

Is it just a gaming PC? because if so there isn't much reason to get an i7, and if you were doing more than gaming you'd want a 5820K at that budget

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

uve got the budget, why not go skylake.

However, 4790k is still a great cpu for gaming

Look at NZXT aios, and corsair AIOS. Corsair will replace anything that is destroyed by one of their aios.

i think the monitor is the major embarrassment of the whole rig
it's samsung S19B150 LED i think it's about 19~20 inch goes for 1366x768 optimal although my AMD Catalyst control center says that maximum reported resolution for this screen is 1920x1080 and max refresh rate is 75Hz

but who knows maybe i'll get a super cool screen in the future

the Rig would be used for some Adobe Lightroom as well as Photoshop ,also some 3D Graphics rendering and VRay so i think i do need the i7

Well there would be no reason to get a 980ti for that display, and assuming the prices and hardware translates you'd want something like this with a Xeon 1231v3, R9 nano, and 4K IPS display, this one happens to be free-sync capable as well

it's not like it won't work at all, days are ahead of me so the first thing i would think about improving would be the screen then the HDD for a good SSD

To Everyone:
All your builds looks OP and i just don't know if it would be possible to convert into my local currency with the same budget but i will check that out
Also, why do you all add about two SSDs on those builds  ? like nobody looked into the Exception list and you all Jumped through the Race :D

i think the money would determine the motherboard and the processor BUT the GPU....
i think GTX 980Ti eXtreme Waterforce would beat just about any other GTX 980Ti , so what do you think about that guys?

The extreme wateforce is a pos due to the horrible looking tubing and the fact that you cant change the fan without taking the gpu apart and if the pump breaks you cant use the gpu at all. The evga hybrid has none of those problems and its cheaper atleast in the us making it the better aio 980ti.

Upgrade your Display before your GPU, your display is going to last you much longer, and in going with an AMD GPU, you also save money on an adaptive sync display for gaming. It would be a complete waste to buy a 980ti for that display when you could instead upgrade your display and GPU, like in my build.

Not to bash you that much but really why go with the 5960x and the godlike gaming board and then go with duel r9 390x when you could of went with the 5820k and a cheaper mother board and got dual 980ti that would of been a much better system.

look i didn't wanna do this but you make me want to post the local pc parts site, though it feels unfair to ask you to walk into such grounding rules but here it is:
http://www.egprices.com/en/category/computers

check the small catagories list on the top left to see links for types of parts(memory, Processor,etc....)

unfortunately you should sign-into the site to be able to use wish lists or shopping list calculator and so on

also this is the only site for PC parts for the whole country (sucks isn't it?)

if you're up and willing to use it  know that the budget is 14,000 L.E

about the GPU, there's the 980ti Windforce it costs about the same as the waterforce, and there's the MSI 980ti that also costs about the same
