I've been having a very stressful day with technology. Burnt myself on a soldering iron like 20 times, and my phone keeps boot looping. How do you guys de-stress?

Read a book with some instrumental music playing quietly, feet up. Just stop thinking about the other things.

I go run or play euro truck 2 with rock music in the background because AC DC is amazing.

Do as many push up's as you can. You be surprised that removes hella anger real quick as it exhausts you out pretty quickly.

Meditation works if you're disciplined. It's not as easy as it sounds.
