Eliminate headphones? I would rather you go spend a few extra for a well trusted power supply.

Your build is worse. The thing is, an upgrade OS only works if you have a previous OS copy.

Okay. My sister runs a similar machine (but with an i5 2500K and 16GB RAM) and it runs great. Better than any APU would.
