Best GPU for i5-4460?

So what's the best graphics card to go with an i5-4460? In terms of very balanced performance towards each other.

Any single GPU, I'd get a 390 or a 980Ti.

exactlly, whatever you want, there isn't a card 4460 would bottleneck

I'd get an R9 390 since it's a good price for a card with 8GB VRAM (if you must buy now), or wait for the GTX 1080 (or whatever it might be called). As great a card as the 980ti is, I think it would be silly to buy one with Pascal just around the corner.

Just go with the best GPU you can afford to target 60 fps at your chosen resolution.

can push any single gpu with no problems. if you were trying to push 3 titan x's then yes a better cpu would be better. but the 4460 is beastly for gaming
