Will i see any performance increase using this thermal paste rather than stock?   Arctic Cooling MX-4 Thermal Compound

| CPU: Core i7-4790K  |  Motherboard:  MSI Gaming Z97 GAMING 5 LGA 1150  |  CPU Cooler:  NZXT Kraken X61 |

If the component is not throttling, not likely.

maybe about 1-3 degrees of difference have been shown between stock and aftermarket thermal paste in the past and it's usually just margin of error in the processor or the application process. So no, no advantage.

temps may be better. definitely not a big deal, but cooler components do tend to last longer...
