SLI bridge.

Plug monitors into top GPU.

Get a 3 way sli bridge and connect the gpu's with it, plug the video input cables into the top card. You probably can't even do what you want to but if you would you would run into some serious issues, and games would most likely be on 1 monitor, also, in theory, if you sli you would get more fps than having a card for each monitor.

tl:dr probably read anyway but just get a 3 way sli bridge

So What Would be the best way for me to set up my rig so i can use all 3 monitors in a game?

1. Use a SLI bridge to connect all three cards.

2. Connect all three monitors to the primary graphics card. Most, if not all MOBOs have the PCI-E connector closest to the CPU as the primary.

3. Set up monitor settings in the windows options and in Nvidia Geforce Experience. Though you may need to fiddle with some more settings in certain games.

All of them don't need to be in the primary card, it may help stuttering according to some peoples experience. So like everyone said, install them, add bridge and configure surround in Nvidia control panel.

For clarity, 3 monitors on each card, or just 3 monitors?

If 3 monitors, all to primary card. If 9, you'll need additional video matrix hardware I think.
