Recommend getting another case because it'll help a lot with cable management. There are some very cheap decent cases out there for ~$50-~$60.

Put the fan i bottom because warm air goes up so it will suck from bottom where most of the time cold air is

I'd try to attach the front fan to the front wall anywhere you can. Right now it isn't actually doing anything other than recirculating air on itself.
