You should probably quote that and add your take. It's a direct copy past of the original source.

Have snippets of the original and than your opinion with things you looked up from another source also and say maybe what it new in the 4.4 version.

No offence but what other info did you find which has not already been posted?

I searched for other topics about Kit Kat 4.4, and the only topic was about the Kit Kat commercial.

It is just a link to the android/kitkat site. I've seen it, and it does not have a lot of info at all.

That's actually two articles merged together with the other article linking to an Engadget site with an article about android 4.4 KitKat as well as three pages of discussion about the news.

Nice of Nestlé not to try suck money out of Google for the use of the name.

Yeah, as a matter of fact, none of the companies had to spend money. Probably because both of the companies benefit from that. Android gets a cool name for their OS version, and Kit Kat get publicity. :)

Does Google have to pay for using this name?

I have a feeling KitKat is actually paying google for this.

Actually, no, they paid nothing. They came to an agreement where they basically promote each other: KitKat gets a few Nexus 7s and other devices as well as a limited edition Andy the android shaped KitKat bar to make a competition which obviously involves buying KitKat bars (http://www.nestle.com/media/newsandfeatures/google-nestle-announce-android-kitkat). And Google gets to use the name.

Apparently, from recent news, the prizes cost about 1 million in total so KitKat really is winning in this deal... not that Google cares about a measly $ million ...
