GTX 970 bent PCB

I just got my GTX 970 from Gigabyte and the first thing I noticed when I opened it was that the PCB, fan and heat sink fins were bent. I works fine and actually got a pretty decent overclock on it. Should I be worried about this problem and get an RMA request going?

Was it bent out of the box, or did it bend after being plugged in?

But its bent both ways like a low amplitude sine wave

 

I'd see if it's like that on others if not then I'd ask why is yours so warped?

a warped PCB should not affect the GPU performance

 

but overtime if the PCB gets bent quite badly

 

the circuits on the PCB will be broken

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

Just read some reviews on Newegg and about 5 people had a warped pcb. I guess I'm just unlucky

 

Ok download GPUZ and check the ASIC score, if it's high (80+) keep it, if not RMA that sucker lol.
