Is my memory fine? Random app crashes in Windows 10

Hello. I have an WIndows 10 Pro. When i am starting some apps i have random error while opening them. Here is this error:

I tested memory with memtest86 20 hours withour errors. But this:

That location in the c drive looks like a nvidia driver, so it may be gpu driver related.

Cpu: Ryzen 2700 @ 4.0Ghz | Motherboard: Hero VI x370 | Gpu: EVGA RTX 2080 | Cooler: Custom Water loop | Ram: 16GB Trident Z 3000MHz

But all applications have this error at random time. THE STUB RECEIVED BAD DATA.
