How should I clean the windows of an H440? (With what liquid and what kind of rag)

Soft microfiber cloth or cotton with ideally just some water, if it's really dirty a little isopropyl and water solution (<50%) is what I tend to use.

Use a micro fiber cloth and any water based cleaner. Do not use any alcohol based cleaners, as it will make the window cloud up and crack. Using canned air also helps too.

Ok thanks

I have heard that rubbing a dryer sheet on it will help prevent static dust collection (something that my PC does far too often, I cannot keep the side window clean for 5 seconds) but it might scratch it or leave a residue...

AAAANNNNDDDD it scratches. A little. It sort of goes away tho

Ya thats what I worried about. Elbow grease and a little bit of toothpaste can buff out scratches. I have fought really bad scratches before and this seems to work the best. And it smells minty.

Water seems to get it out. I do have a huge ('huge' (like 1Cm line)) that got there the day i built it. Will toothpaste get that out? And do you use a toothbrush?

I used a cotton rag (AKA T-shirt) and just toothpaste and a little bit of water. Get the whitening stuff and TEST IT IN A HIDDEN AREA FIRST. It has abrasives in it designed to polish teeth, some abrasives are more aggressive than others, which is why you want to test it in a hidden area. You can also use it to polish heatsinks, I once got a stock intel cooler looking like this: http://static.commentcamarche.net/www.commentcamarche.net/faq/images/0-KJY0AVni-img-1824-s-.png

Hmm... Like I said, some pastes are more agressive than others. I have had decent luck with cheaper plain toothpaste....

Welp time for tempered glass! xD

Honestly, I would invest in a tempered glass replacement. It's so much easier to maintain.

Best to get proper plastic/acrylic polish like novus they work really well. As for going to a glass panel instead that would be the best of both worlds since it doesn't scratch very easily.
