HELP with RAM speeds: is this 1333MHz RAM?

CPU-Z says as DRAM frequency 665,1 MHz - on my Laptop there's 1600MHz RAM installes and it says 800MHz. So basically this should be 1333 MHz DDR3 am I right?

you need to enable XMP if you want 1600

that wouldn't work - it's in an old hp pavilion from 2011, there's sth new coming in soon:) I just needed to know if it is enough to run it on the new mobo (gigabyte d3h h97) + cpu (i5 4460)
