Windows logo?

I just wanted to make sure everything was going okay. My Win10 DVD is in, and I am seeing a blue windows logo on my screen? Will it stay like this? If so, for how long? Is this a sign it is working? I am installing win 10 in to an 850 Evo ssd.

what does it say on the screen?
