I want to make sure I have / get all hardware needed, then I'll try to put the software together.

What I have, g65-z87 MSI mobo, i7 4970k, 4x4g ram, 2x ssd, 1tb hdd, 2x 970 gtx mobo, 750w psu, Asus wireless card. Only 1 copy of windows atm.

I've read that the cpu has the virtualization required, but I can't seem to find out if I need to replace the mobo. I think this would be a cool addition to the setup.

I would consider adding more storage space and more RAM. Otherwise it's pretty good :)

What case are you looking at? CPU cooler?

Just a question off of this. Can a WiFi card be split between both "systems"?

I honestly wouldn't do 2 gamers 1 CPU with less then 6-8 cores... If you divide it up, 2 cores 4 threads per user, and thats not really a lot... especially on newer titles like GTA V, Witcher 3

ect

Woah woah woah :) My A6-3650 which in terms of CPU power is a tiny bit ( Maybe 3% ) Stronger then an i3-550 ( Yes first gen ) I can play GTA V on High settings 40-70FPS. Though I do agree I think something that would make it like 4 cores 4 threads/8threads would make for a much more enjoyable circumstance.

I get what your saying, yes there are some CPU's that can handle it, but I'd really be careful putting 2 cores 4 threads on games like Arma 3 where the CPU takes a huge toll and like its one of those things, you'd hate to walk into a fire fight and the CPU usage spikes to like 95-100% and the studdering beings, you know?

Oh I know the trouble of having a 4 year old CPU that compares to a first gen i3 lol, Plus with my GPU freezing up like once an hour or so and sometimes BSOD me, imagine about to complete the final Heist in GTA V Online and BAM, the PC freezes and then BSOD. ( The BSOD doesn't happen every time thankfully though ). I would just RMA but I am not dealing with the what seems to be a shitty RMA process from Asus.

I would go into X99 platform you will get more money for you buck and allow better upgrade path like new CPU or add more GPU and also it has more core.
