Is my memory fine? 16gb DDR3 1600mhz Hyperx

Hi. I bought 2 days ago my new ram 16gb DDR3 2x8gb 1600mhz Hyperx 1.5v  . My mobo is Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2.

I made memtest86. Is 8 hours 40 minutes , 4 full passes without errors enough?
