Underperforming EVGA GTX970 SC

Hi

I had an EVGA GTX970SC that had some problems and I RMA'ed it.

Today I got the new one.

When I installed it on my PC I stress tested it just to see if it worked. Thats when I noticed that the Core Clock under load was just at 1013MHz, that's below the 1165MHz Base Clock, I had to put the Power Limit at 110% to achieve the Base Clock and even Overclocking the card couln't get to the Default Boost Clock. My pre-RMA card boosted well above the default Boost Clock while at 70ºC.

I have just installed the card, installed the drivers, rebooted the PC and tested it.

I had an GTX 660Ti just before and it peaked at around 1000MHz while OCing, does it have anything to do?

UPDATE:

OK

Looking around I found out that Nvidia flagged Furmark in the driver, making the card throttle.
Using Unigine Heaven Benchmark the Core Clock got to 1354.2MHz with no overclock or change in the power limit. That's a little over the Boost Clock of 1317MHz for this model.

Everything is OK.
