XBOX 360 disk tray making wired sounds and not reading disks. (REPOST)

I brought a used "working" XBOX 360 from CEX. I was having loads of fun with a game the previous owner left on the system. I got bored so I tried one of the game that I brought and it started reading the disk like normal. but then it starts making wired noises and in 15 seconds it stops and says "mixed media disk". Can I fix it or should I take it back for a new one.

P.S. It's not the white arcade it's the matte black slim. (I really liked the matte black slim and it was the only one there :'()
