So I read that the H440 new edition black has a smoked window instead of a clear window (the old edition).

 

Does anyone know or can confim that the H440 new edition BLACK/RED also has a smoked window?

Didn't look on Newegg (since I live where they don't deliver), on the site I'm buying it from I couldn't see it. I just wanted confimation

No it isn't smoked, they only sell one because the cheap plastic it comes with scratches easily.

It scratches so easy, to clean it you have to barely touch the surface to not leave micro-scratches.

Thank you for mentioning and sharing my video. For anyone interested, I had started making the S340 and H440 custom replacement windows last year. I never imagined we would be making factory replacement windows, but the requests by the community couldn't be ignored. I was flattered that people turned to Mnpctech for their solution, and made a huge investment in new equipment to make the windows. I'm now hearing from people with other cases having the same issue with the windows. Corsair, Cooler Master, Fractal Design, and Phanteks all use the same factory for molding their case windows. Consumers were frustrated that they couldn't swap out their factory window with a DIY solution, because of the lip on the side panel and mounting channel for the tabs.  I've now partnered with a local cast acrylic company to answer the demand and offer the best clarity and durability available.
