  1. Well I guess you are right. The only thing that kinda frightens me is the 2gb of ram. I know apple has good ram management but what about ios 13 which is supposed to be a mayor update?
  2. Well the Mediapad comes with android 8 out of the box and supports Treble so updates should be easier to be published. About the netflix hd support, i read that it was updated with the latest widevine support.
  3. So I'm looking to buy a tablet for some multimedia purposes sub € 400. I came across the Mediapad m5 from Huawei. It has a 2k screen, 4gb ram 10.8 inch screen and android 8 for about €399. But the ipad 2018 version is only about €349 with 2Gb ram and a 9.7 inch screen. What do you guys think is the best bang for buck?
  4. So in the organization video I noticed these racks (img in description) does anyone know where they are from or what they are called?
  5. Kk thanks all for the info, gonna wait and see if they release new models.
  6. Yeah is it confirmed there will be a refresh?
  7. Yeah it isn't the best. Since you have one (sig) what can say about the device? Well I can always use bootcamp if I needed PS. Most of my dev will be done in visual studio to push to Azure. Don't even know if that's even possible on the mbp
  8. Yes the one without touchbar Well I've an iPad pro. Well I work in IT and want to use it for multiple reasons tbh. The laptop needs to serve at least 3-5 years.
  9. Ok so, I'm looking to buy a new laptop. Notging special to use it for. I was looking to buy the lenovo ideapad 710S plus with an i7, 8 gb ram, 512 gb ssd and a 940mx for €1140. But that laptop gets warm and since I would like to use it in the couch, it's not ideal. So then came my eye accross the mbp 13 inch baseline model for €1699. Good laptop , solid performance but pricey. Then I was thinking about which dell xps 13 can I get for that money. So long story short. Which one whould you advise? The lenovo that gets warm for € 1140. The mbp base model for €1699 or the dell xps 13 with an i7 , 16Gb ram, 512 gb ssd for € 1649? Note my local shop doesn't sell dell laptops and I still have about €200 on coupon codes for that shop. So the lenovo would be € 940 and the mbp €1499
  10. After seeing the video about the World’s Most Stylish Server Rack - HOLY $H!T Ep. 15 I was wondering which smartwatch is Linus using? Is that the Huawei watch or a Moto watch?
  11. But I have a worklaptop so why would I bother getting a Lap Dock?
  12. So I'm able to get a work phone (which I can use for personal use) at this moment I have an OPO. I was thinking of the Iphone 7Plus 128 GB which I can buy for € 656 but company policy says I have to use it for 3 years before I can pick a new one. Also if I leave the company in 2 years I won't get a refund and I have to give back the phone. Now the question. Is it worth it?
