You can RMA for both of those reasons, and it could of happened with any other company.

I bet they'd even pay for shipping if you asked.

That's why Gigabyte are the best. 8 year old GA-G31M-ES2C still no problems.
A friend even had a socket 7 working mobo(until he connected the two AT power connectors not how they should have been, killing it)

Welcome to the party.

There is a reason I only use ASUSTeK & Gigabyte for MoBos.

There is a reason I only use Cooler Master & XFX/Seasonic for PSUs.

You people are finally catching on.

Meh, I have a Raider 750, haven't had any problems with it.

Antec has cost me such much money, and so many clients, they are only just now starting to recover their reputation to me.

(I decided to give them one last chance, and used an ANTEC EDG650 on my test bed, which has been running okay. I still won't use their products in my customers' computer)

Until the BIOS crashes and the CMOS fries, recking the board.

(Happened to my clients once. Thats 2 days worth of sleep I am never getting back).

I've used over a dozen of their boards and the only problem I had was a damaged retention arm.  The RMA process was painless and had a new one 3 days later so I suggest contacting them.  In the last month I had both a EVGA PSU and a Gigabyte Z170 board show up DOA so no ones perfect.

Yes, but I find I haven't had any issues with ASUSTeK or Gigabyte (or MSI but I only use them for my test beds right now), but ASRock has cost me so much time and money, I won't use their products any more.

Well on my very first post here I ran into a dead motherboard right out of the gate. I had put the system together next thing you know I have a plume of smoke rising from my machine on first boot. Wasn't very encouraged to be honest. However I contacted ASRock and RMA'd the board. Had a replacement within a week and that has worked pretty well so far.

I like ASRock's stuff. I think they make beautiful mobos and they usually have a lot of features for the price. They may need to up the QA though.

I have 5 Asrock boards sitting in my house. Z97 Pro 4, Z97m Anniversary, Z97m-ITX/AC, Z97 Fata1ity, and the Z170 Gaming ITX/AC Fata1ity. Not a single problem out of any of them. The wifi cards on the Z97m-ITX/AC and Z170 ITX/AC both work flawlessly, so whoever had issues either had user error problems, a bad router, or bad luck.

Any product from any company can fail. No one company is better at preventing failure over the other. Most of the time, the problem is shipping. Asrock's CS is also great for me, as they offered to upgrade me to the Z97E-ITX/AC once i realized i could not OC that great on my Z97m-ITX/AC. They only wanted me split the difference in price between the two (At the time, it was $30).

Still, this really is something reserved for a status update.
