So I have the corsair h100 and I'm getting the 4790k but I want to liquid cool it. Can I reuse the h100 without having to spend 100 to buy a new one? If so how do I do that?

It's very likely that the mounting system will fit whatever you will use it for.

Edit: Please give up your old socket for a 100% confirmation.

Its highly likely that you have mounting hardware needed. If your current system is Intel with 115x socket, its same with new CPU. You will need to clean base and reapply thermal paste as said before.
