BF4 Legacy Operations

So, im trying to join a server on BF4, but it then immediately tells me that i need Legacy Operations. My game is currently BF4 Premium and i thought that premium was unlocking everything in the game??

 

 

What else can it be?

no, download it yourself on origin

no not all the free DLCs for some reason.

Why wouldnt they just update it automatically, lol :D

It's free, just right click BF4 on Origin, view game details, and scroll down and download the DLC, it'll act like it's going to charge you, but it just says $0.00 w/ no tax.

If the server has maps you haven't downloaded in it's map rotation then you won't be able to join.

yeah premium is a little messed up to not give you the free DLCs when you go to install the game.

Yeah, my thoughts, too. Origin makes a person download each Battlefield 4 map DLC individually after installing the game. Yet a server running any DLC a person doesn't have installed won't let players who don't have one of their used DLC join the server, even when it's on a map that the player does have installed. Pretty much, to play on a server that includes DLC maps, you have to have all of them installed. And yet to install them, each DLC needs to be downloaded individually, after installing the base Battlefield 4 game.

 

There should at least be a prompt while installing Battlefield 4 that asks whether to install all the DLC with it.

Yeah, I don't see why the game couldn't just kick you out if you don't have the current map
