Desktop Microphone Under $100?

Hey everyone, xmas has rolled over, and I was able to get some nice Sennehiser HD 598's, but now have no mic. So I've got $100 spare to use. Because I was in a bind and had to get a mic real quick, I went to best buy and picked up a Logitech C920, but the sound quality is terrible. I don't need a webcam/mic, that's all Best Buy had. Any suggestions as I'm going to return this asap due to it not meeting expectations? Thanks!

I recommend the Samson Meteor over the Blue Yeti and the Blue Snowball. Look up comparisons on YouTube.

I think the Samson Meteor or the Audio Technica ATR2500 would work well for you. You'll also have extra money to purchase a pop filter and maybe a boom arm.

Sounds like you had a headset before, so unless you HAVE to have an actual microphone, try the AntLion ModMic 4.0 that attaches to the side of your headphones.

I agree, the Mod Mic 4.0 has great sound quality, can be attached to just about any pair of headphones, or rally any other surface, I saw someone who didn't have headphones and only the mod mic, he put it on the top of his monitor and facit it towards him and it worked well.
